Halverson discipline hearing begins today

The Nevada Judicial Discipline Commission will hear evidence on the complaint against Judge Elizabeth Halverson today at 9:00 a.m. The hearing will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center and Visitors Authority in Room N250, 3150 Paradise Road. It is open to the public.

Special Prosecutor Dorothy Nash Holmes has asked the Commission to preclude Halverson from presenting evidence or calling witnesses because she did not list witnesses, provide documents or submit to health evaluation.
