Nevada Supreme Court issues 5 opinions

Nunnery v. State - petition for mandamus granted in part. Conspiracy to commit robbery is not an aggravating circumstance. Congratulations to me and to Trish Palm who did the bulk of the work on the petition but is not listed as counsel in the opinion.

Somee v. State - The Court finds that the record is inadequate for the Court's consideration of the defendant's constitutional challenges to a pat-down search and field interviews of the defendant. The Court reverses the conviction and remands the case for a new trial. Congratulations to Sharon Dickinson of the Clark County Public Defender's Office.

Bianchi v. Bank of America - foreign judgments

Dickinson v. American Medical Response - workers' compensation

Estate of Maxey v. Darden - Uniform Act on Rights of the Terminally Ill
