Castillo no longer a volunteer, wants to intervene

William Castillo has indicated that he no longer wishes to volunteer for the death penalty and has sought permission to intervene in the writ proceeding pending in the Nevada Supreme Court which concerns the constitutionality of Nevada's lethal injection procedures.
