Shameful

It's been my intention for awhile to post photos of bad attorney ads and to post videos of bad attorney commercials, but I haven't figured out the plug-ins and other things (like writing briefs) tend to get in the way of my quest to conquer blogging. I wish I had devoted a couple of hours to this though as I would really, really like to post a youtube video as it may be one of the most shameful things I've encountered from a Las Vegas criminal defense attorney. So here's the link. Definitely check it out. Bonus prize to the person who sends an e-mail to me with an explanation as to (1) the point of this, (2) how he was able to use a real courtroom and a real state seal for this crap, and (3) why former assistant bar counsel would get involved in something this shady.

This post reflects my individual opinion and does not necessarily reflect the views of all NACJ members (though my guess is that many are in my corner on this one).
