Judicial Discipline complaint filed against Judge Halverson

The Nevada Appeal reports that the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline has filed a 14-count complaint against Judge Halverson. The complaint is available here.


The Complaint followed by 24 hours Halverson's writ petition asking that her interim suspension be lifted because the Comission had not yet filed a formal complaint.
