US Supreme Court hears argument in the Gitmo detainess cases

The US Supreme Court heard oral argument this morning in Boumediene v. Bush and Al Odah v. United States. The cases concern whether prisoners at Guantanamo Bay may be held indefinitely as no charges have been filed against them during their 6 years of incarceration.
