No opinions today

It's certainly not surprising given the fact the courthouse was closed Monday and Tuesday, but there are no new published opinions today. The next day for publishing of opinions is Thursday, December 6th.

You are given the Nevada Supreme Court way too much credit. Even if the Nevada Supreme Court was open for business on Monday and Tuesday...it is extremely likely that no published opinions would have been issued today. Look at the Court's track record. Only 54 published opinions for the entire year!
