Elko County Public Defender job opening

Via Arbitrary & Capricious and Craig's List, the Elko County Public Defender's Office notes that it has an opening for one Deputy Public Defender.

Ha! The application requires you to submit to a credit check. You don't have to be licensed to practice law, but you have to have good credit. Ah, bureaucracy.
