On the road again

Justices Parraguirre, Hardesy and Saitta will hear oral argument tomorrow, May 11, in Elko as part of the Court's "Justice Across Nevada" program. This will be the second time in the state's history that the Court has held oral argument in Elko. The Court will hear four cases that originated in the Elko area.
