It appears that this is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of four counts of sexual assault with use of a deadly weapon and kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon. It appears that the defendant was found not guilty on charges of battery with use of a deadly weapon and assault and battery. I do not know the issues presented.
