AG files new motion in Halverson-Hardcastle

The Nevada Attorney General has filed a motion on behalf of Chief Judge Hardcastle to redact and substitute exhibits based upon the fact that Judge Halverson's former law clerk declined to allow publication of any comments she may have made to judges or court administration regarding her employment.
