US Supreme Court to hear argument on excluded juror

On Tuesday, April 17, the United States Supreme Court will hear argument in Uttecht v. Brown. The case presents issues concerning exclusion of jurors in capital cases under Wainwright v. Witt and application of federal habeas corpus rules in reviewing such claims.
